Board Meetings

The McCall Youth Hockey Association (MYHA) Board values transparency, community involvement, and open communication. Board meetings are open to all MYHA members who wish to stay informed, share ideas, or contribute to association discussions.

Meeting Schedule: MYHA Board Meetings are held monthly, usually during the second week of the month. Exact dates and times vary based on member availability and are determined at least two weeks in advance. Members can contact the MYHA Secretary by email info.myh@gmail.com for details about upcoming meetings.

Requesting an Agenda Item: Members who would like to bring a topic forward may submit a request before the end of the previous month using the MYHA Board Agenda Request Form. Approved items will be added to the agenda, and the submitter will be invited to speak during the Open Session (up to three minutes).

Annual Meeting: The Annual Meeting is traditionally held in April, but may be scheduled later in spring or early summer. It includes the annual report, financial updates, and board elections. All MYHA members in good standing are encouraged to attend.
